Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned function, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting daily operational activities and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Assisting the Customer Success team in handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth customer experience.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
- Supporting the creative team by developing basic graphic design materials and visual assets (for design-related placements).
- Helping coordinate internal and external activities or projects.
- Contributing to process improvements and providing insights based on observations during the internship.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months (longer is a plus).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- For design-related roles: basic skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Able to join immediately is a strong advantage.
