Job Description

Responsibilities

Stock Tracking & Inventory Support

Assist in recording inbound and outbound stock of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other installation materials.
Regularly update stock data and ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory.
Support periodic stock opname and report any discrepancies found.
Prepare simple reports related to stock usage and availability for the operations team.

Installation Process Support

Assist in preparing materials required prior to installation (tools & materials checklist).
Coordinate with the installation team regarding installation schedules and logistics needs.
Support monitoring of on-site installation activities when required, including work documentation.
Help ensure installation processes follow operational procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.
Strong interest in the renewable energy industry, particularly solar energy.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks well.
Able to work in a structured manner and follow established work processes.
Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
Willing to work on-site or travel to project locations when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.
