Drive high-impact initiatives focused on improving network performance, operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality across SPX operations.
Create comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, risk mitigation plans, and success metrics.
Lead project kick-offs, define governance structures, clarify stakeholder responsibilities, and ensure effective execution through structured project management methodologies.
Conduct deep-dive analyses across First Mile, Last Mile, Sorting Centers, and Linehaul operations to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Design and implement process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, resource utilization, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Utilize data analytics and business insights to evaluate operational performance, quantify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Assess transportation routes, network capacity, service coverage, and operational workflows to improve cost efficiency and service reliability.
Collaborate closely with Operations, BI, Product, Finance, and other business functions to align initiatives with company priorities and ensure successful execution.
Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms to monitor project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Provide regular executive updates, business cases, project progress reports, key insights, and actionable recommendations to senior management and leadership teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, and change management preferably in logistics or transportation management
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in PowerPoint (or Google Presentations)
