Own end-to-end operational improvement initiatives, from problem identification to implementation and post-implementation monitoring
Analyze operational performance data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Conduct root cause analyses on operational issues (e.g., late deliveries, stockouts, high cancellations) and ensure timely resolution with sustainable fixes
Design and implement process improvements using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of improvement initiatives (beyond general tracking)
Analyze complex data to generate insights, clarify problems, and provide stakeholders with dashboards or other performance indicators
Act as a change agent within operations by influencing stakeholders and driving a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in e-grocery, logistics, supply chain, or other high-volume operations
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and performance measurement tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python)
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and operational systems such as WMS, OMS, IMS, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights to management
