Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end operational improvement initiatives, from problem identification to implementation and post-implementation monitoring
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Conduct root cause analyses on operational issues (e.g., late deliveries, stockouts, high cancellations) and ensure timely resolution with sustainable fixes
  • Design and implement process improvements using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of improvement initiatives (beyond general tracking)
  • Analyze complex data to generate insights, clarify problems, and provide stakeholders with dashboards or other performance indicators
  • Act as a change agent within operations by influencing stakeholders and driving a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in e-grocery, logistics, supply chain, or other high-volume operations
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and performance measurement tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and operational systems such as WMS, OMS, IMS, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights to management
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations (picking, packing, inventory flow) and/or last-mile delivery operations
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving efficiency
