Operation Head responsible for controlling and ensuring the planning, coaching, supervision, development and implementation of operations of several sites under his/her responsibility in accordance with operational policies and procedures in maintaining and improving quality and performance across all sites to create Customer Experience and Employee Engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring service quality at all locations as agreed in the contract to increase client satisfaction
- Ensuring billing supporting documents from all sites are achieved according to the target
- Implement the strategy plan that has been given to support the achievement of the grow target
- Propose and manage development and engagement activities with manpower on site to improve competency and build engagement with employees
Qualifications
- At least 5 Years of working experience as Chief Security
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in project management capacity
- Proven experience in people management
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Proven experience in risk management
- Have Gada Utama certified
