Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Key Account (KA) team in managing end-to-end export operations for fresh food, snacks, and related categories to the Indonesian market. Oversee the entire process from order handling and reconciliation to delivery follow-up, ensuring on-time shipment and customer satisfaction.

Monitor, extract, and analyze daily business data (e.g., sales, inventory, logistics costs). Prepare regular data reports, identify anomalies and business opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Participate in optimizing business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in improving key mechanisms such as performance incentives and export compliance to enhance operational efficiency and standardization.

Collaborate effectively with Finance, Legal, and other departments to facilitate contract management, meeting follow-ups, and other cross-functional support tasks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of operations experience in trading, retail, or FMCG. Experience in fresh food/FMCG import-export or Southeast Asia/Indonesia markets is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with strong data processing and analytical skills. Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.

Highly detail-oriented and logical, with a proactive and responsible work ethic; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Adaptable, open-minded, and willing to relocate to Indonesia. A strong passion for international business is essential.
