Role Purpose

TFA is looking for Operations Coordinators to support our operations in Dubai and Jakarta.

The role involves day-to-day coordination between management, customers, suppliers, sales teams and project teams, ensuring that documentation, communication, scheduling and follow-ups are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily office and operational activities.
Maintain project, customer, supplier and commercial documentation.
Follow up with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel and management requirements.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting notes.
Maintain organized project records and document control.
Support sales and technical teams with coordination and follow-up.
Assist with exhibitions, customer meetings and business events.
Coordinate between TFA's Dubai and Indonesia teams.
Support basic AutoCAD drawing updates when required.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
Good written and spoken English.
Bahasa Indonesia is required for the Jakarta position and considered an advantage for the Dubai position.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
Experience in engineering, energy, MEP, industrial, trading or project-based companies is preferred.
Candidates must be able to work from the respective Dubai or Jakarta location.
Fresh graduates with strong coordination and communication skills may also be considered.
