Job Description Summary
Support the BU CFOs in all finance matters end-to-end together with the BU heads, manage performance and steer business.
Job Description:
- Ensure smooth coordination with other Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization
- Act as a counsellor for finance matters & help prioritize and setup BUs needs
- Consolidate and provide analysis on product costing across refineries
- Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Review and analyze financial and operation performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place
- Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps for refineries
- Review major investments, major disposal or strategic business decisions (Capex feasibility studies) from finance perspective
- Provide recommendation & initiatives to improve cost efficiencies, productivity and controls for refineries
- Ensure appropriate controls are implemented during procurement process (e.g. proper QCF, effective price comparisons) and physical inventory and fixed asset monitoring process
- Ensure effective operations control measures are in place across units
- Monitor overall controls and compliance with policies/SOPs in each refinery
Job Requirement:
- Minimum bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent
- Having minimal 2 years of experience as Operation Controller
- Having experience as internal auditor from KAP
- Detail oriented and good in analytical thinking
- Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking can be advantageous
- Willing to be located in Medan Refinery
