Operations Controller

Job Description Summary :

• Ensure proper inventory and material controlling
• Manage controlling of Fixed Asset (CAPEX)
• Monitor Compliance at Refinery Level & Follow-up Audit Results
• Perform Operational and Procurement Control in Refineries
• Ensure and monitoring Insurance Claim

Job Description :

• Ensure smooth coordination with other Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization
• Review and analyze financial and operation performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place
• Fixed Assets Control in Refineries (Verification & Placement).
• Budget and Monitor CAPEX
• Stock Reconciliation and Adjustments
• Support in Inventory and Stock Opname (Refineries & Non-Refineries)
• Monitoring Gain/Loss of inventory
• Claim Asset dan Inventory Insurance
• WB Checklist Control
• Analyzing SOP & Follow-up
• Monitor Compliance at Refinery Level & Follow-up Audit Results
• Perform Operational and Procurement Control in Refineries
• Follow-up Scrap and Write-off Fixed Assets

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
• Good in communication and analytical thinking
• Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
• Preferable local candidate from Dumai
• Willing to be located in Lubuk Gaung Refinery (Dumai)
