Oversee and monitor daily business operations to ensure effective, accurate, and efficient execution across all operational workflows.
Ensure strict compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, corporate governance frameworks, and industry standards.
Develop, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational policies, and internal control mechanisms to support business growth and scalability.
Identify operational risks, evaluate process gaps, and implement mitigation plans to reinforce internal controls.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Business teams to ensure operational readiness and process alignment.
Track operational performance metrics, maintain documentation, and prepare compliance reporting for management.
Support internal/external audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Risk Management, Law, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, Process Improvement, or related functions.
Proven track record in managing operational processes, internal controls, compliance governance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in financial services, trading, investment, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of business operations management, process mapping, and SOP development.
Solid understanding of compliance management, risk control frameworks, and operational data monitoring.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
High level of attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
