Execute daily settlement, reconciliation, and P&L processing for all futures products (gold, crypto commodities) via Polamedia, Nexus, and ICDX — flagging discrepancies to the Operations Manager immediately.
Prepare, compile, and submit all mandatory Bappebti periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on schedule; maintain client registration files, KYC documentation, and member records.
Execute ISO 27001 controls at the operational level: maintain ISMS evidence repository, logs, control records, and exception registers; coordinate technical evidence with the CTO/IT team.
Monitor NDA expiry dates, counterparty agreement renewals, and regulatory license timelines; surface alerts to the Operations Manager at minimum 30 days in advance.
Maintain the master SOP register, work instructions, and policy documents; trigger review cycles at defined intervals; document operational incidents within 24 hours.
Serve as the coordination point between Operations and Finance (settlement reconciliation), CX (client escalations), and BD administrative tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Finance, Economics, Law, or Information Systems.
Bappebti certification (Wakil Pialang Berjangka / WPB) is strongly preferred; must be obtained within probation period if not already held.
Minimum 2–3 years in operations or compliance within a financial services or fintech environment — direct Bappebti-regulated entity experience is required.
Hands-on experience with settlement systems, reconciliation workflows, or futures clearing operations is strongly preferred.
ISO 27001 exposure (implementation, ISMS maintenance, or audit preparation) is a significant advantage.
High accuracy under time pressure, proactive risk-flagging instinct, and process discipline — able to manage simultaneous operational and compliance demands without supervision.
