Operations Auditor, Quality Assurance - SPX Express (Kota Pekanbaru, Riau)

Job Description:
- Conduct routine inspection to Sortation Center (SOC) and Hubs of Shopee Express to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation
- Inspect the operating compliance in Sortation Center and Hubs (based on the SOP) as well as identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification
- Assess the Sortation Center and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist
- Summarize and report key findings from the inspection on regular basis (daily, weekly and monthly) focusing on the bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce cost
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance / SOP compliance
- Prior experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or e-commerce background will be an advantage
- Familiar with logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and easy to adapt to the new environment
- Willing to do work mobile to visit Sortation Center or Hubs to conduct an audit (shift working hours)
- Willing to be placed at Pekanbaru, Riau
