Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Conduct routine inspections at SPX Express Sortation Centers and Hubs operations to ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, workflows, and operational procedures
  2. Identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement
  3. Assess compliance levels using the Standard Assessment Checklist
  4. Summarize and report inspection findings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support productivity improvement and cost efficiency

Requirements:

  1. 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or SOP Compliance
  2. Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or e-commerce will be an advantage
  3. Strong understanding of logistics KPIs, metrics, systems, operational workflows, and quality assurance standards
  4. Strong communication skills with flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  5. Willing to travel, work in shifts, and be based in Baguala, Kota Ambon
