Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Cocoon Reserve in Lombok. This role supports daily resort operations, including coordinating guest services, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring that amenities such as the restaurant, spa, and activity areas run smoothly. The Operations Assistant helps monitor supply levels, prepares basic operational reports, and collaborates with the operations management team to implement procedures that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. The role also involves responding to guest inquiries, addressing service issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication across departments to uphold the resort's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support day-to-day resort activities.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and team members.
• Customer Service experience, with a focus on hospitality and guest-centric support.
• Analytical Skills to help track operational performance, identify issues, and suggest practical improvements.
• Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or resort operations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Lombok, with flexibility to support varying operational hours as needed.
• Proficiency in basic office software and operational tools; familiarity with reservation or property management systems is an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to international guests are a plus.
