ChompChat is a US-based startup building AI-powered ordering and phone systems for restaurants. We're already live with paying customers, and our dev team in Indonesia has been key to our success.

Summary:

ChompChat is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support day-to-day tasks across marketing, sales, and product. This is a hands-on role focused on execution rather than technical specialization.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update demo materials for restaurants (menu input, configuration, basic data entry).
  • Assemble brochures, one-pagers, and other customer-facing assets using provided templates.
  • Assist with light technical tasks (e.g., setting up demo accounts, formatting spreadsheets, simple troubleshooting).
  • Support general operational tasks as needed to keep projects moving.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with basic technical tasks (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, simple web tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear written communication and reliable task management.
  • Prior startup or operations experience is a plus but not required.
