Role Purpose & Minimum Skill Profile:

Responsible for compliance and governance, maintaining evidence for ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 45001, SOC/customer audits and applicable data-center requirements, tracking audit findings and corrective actions, and supporting internal/external audits. The role also manages operational documentation including SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, maintenance procedures, drawings and equipment records; maintains change records, approvals and maintenance schedules; coordinates preventive-maintenance schedules for CDU, HVAC, UPS, generators, switchgear and other critical infrastructure; manages vendor/OEM records, contracts, SLAs and support information; maintains facilities asset registers and lifecycle information; tracks engineer competency, OEM certifications, safety training and LOTO authorization; administers PTW records and contractor documentation; maintains incident, RCA and action records; prepares monthly KPI/SLA reports; and provides general operational coordination including meetings, rosters, reports, purchase requests and vendor visits.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree with approximately 3–5 years of experience in data center operations administration, facilities management, IT service management, compliance or a similar critical environment, with desirable working knowledge of ISO 27001, ITIL, audit management, document control, asset management, change management and maintenance management.
