Responsibilities
The role is essentially a second brain for operations & systems helping a small Grade-A team scale in a smart, AI-driven way.

Qualifications
- Proven 4+ years experience in startups or digital environment (Indonesia or abroad - Singapore, Dubai, Australia, Europe, etc)
- Comfortable collaborating in English in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to help turn a small Grade-A team into a scalable ecosystem.
Soft Skills
- Strong operations & project management
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities with structure.
- Hands-on experience with modern PM & collaboration tools.
- Practical use of AI tools (GPT, Gemini, etc.) to draft & refine documents, support decision-making, and improve productivity.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Comfortable using Bahasa Indonesia for collaboration with local teams.
