It exists to ensure every partnership activation is executed smoothly, professionally, and on time as our scale continues to grow. You will play a critical role in enabling partnerships to expand with consistency and quality.

Serving as the operational backbone of the Partnership team, this role manages day to day coordination, activation readiness, logistics, documentation, and follow-ups. By owning execution details end-to-end, the Junior Associate enables Partnership Managers to focus on strategy, growth, and long-term value creation while ensuring partners experience Tentang Anak as a reliable, professional, and impact-driven organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, execution oriented, and energized by working in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-End Activation Execution: Own preparation and execution for hospital sessions, sponsorships, and product barter activations from initial coordination to on-the-ground readiness.
  • Operational Readiness & Logistics: Ensure all materials, samples, branding assets, approvals, and documentation are prepared accurately and delivered on schedule.
  • Partner Coordination & Experience: Act as the main execution contact for partners and hospitals, ensuring clear communication, reliable follow-ups, and a consistent experience.
  • Brand Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure correct logo usage, materials placement, and adherence to quality and credibility standards across all activations.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Collect MOV (photos, attendance, outcomes), complete post-activation reports, and maintain accurate, up-to-date activation trackers.

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)

  • 95%+ of partnership activations executed on time with no last-minute issues.
  • Zero missed or incomplete materials, approvals, or documentation for confirmed activations.
  • Clear, standardized activation checklists and trackers actively used by the team.
  • Complete post-activation reports and MOV (Means of Verification) submitted within 3 working days after each activation.

Requirements

You're a Fit If

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have 12 years of experience in event execution, operations, project coordination, partnership activation, or community programs (strong fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
  • You can manage multiple activations and timelines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
  • You are highly organized and hands-on, experienced in event logistics, materials readiness, documentation, photo evidence, trackers, and post-activation reporting.
  • You communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and have working proficiency in English, are comfortable coordinating with external partners (e.g.: hospitals, sponsors, vendors), internal teams, and can adapt quickly when plans change.
  • You demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset, and are genuinely aligned with our mission, values, and interest in community impact.
