Operations Specialist Indonesia (Order Fulfillment & Spare Parts Management)
Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Specialist based in Indonesia to support order fulfillment, spare parts coordination, and daily administrative operations for both the Indonesia and Singapore markets. This role ensures smooth logistics processes, accurate inventory management, and efficient operational support across regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing, shipment preparation, and delivery arrangements for Indonesia and Singapore customers.
- Manage spare parts inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment requests, and warehouse documentation.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and related operational paperwork to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and accurate delivery tracking.
- Update and maintain operational databases, order records, and inventory reports.
- Support after-sales operations by arranging spare parts shipment, return handling, and service documentation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and coordination with local offices.
- Provide operational support for cross-functional teams, contributing to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in operations, logistics, order management, or administrative support.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and logistics regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP/Order Management systems.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
