Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting new game players from the supply side and managing their subsequent interviews, training, and performance, with a focus on quality and retention;
- Training and managing Players in Voice Rooms to follow community guidelines;
- Review contents and create events in Voice Rooms;
- Manage daily operations for core users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance user activity and platform engagement through high-quality service.
- Maintaining good relationships with users on behalf of the company, following up on bugs, and proposing localized product optimization solutions based on local user needs.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of sales/operations work experience in users hunting and user retentions.
- Experience in the gaming industry, live streaming, agency/host is preferred.
- Must be the gamer: PUBG, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Free Fire, League of Legends, etc., is preferred.
- Good understanding of user psychology, excellent execution skills, and strong ability to handle pressure.
- English speaking is a must, Chinese is the bonus.
