Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively scout and recruit potential gaming companions and voice talents through gaming communities and social channels.
- Onboarding & Training: Design and execute training programs covering platform rules, communication skills, and emotional intelligence to improve talent retention and service quality.
- Campaign & Activity Planning: Design and execute large-scale operational events and localized activities to boost user stickiness.
- Host Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage Talent and independent hosts. Establish KPI systems, training programs, and incentive structures to ensure professional broadcasting standards.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in user operation, client service, customer support, business development, sales;
- Deep understanding of the livestream, including common room modes and the mechanics of virtual gifting.
- A creative portfolio of successful Live Campaigns or localized social events that significantly boosted user engagement or revenue.
- Proficient in business development and negotiation, strong communication in verbal and written;
- Keen on MOBA game, especially Mobile Legends Bang Bang;
- Results-oriented, capacity to work under pressure;
