Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and recruitment pro players;
- Training and managing Players in Voice Rooms to follow community guidelines;
- Understand and be familiar with the characteristics of VIP users, able to develop effective user operation strategies according to user needs, design operation and activity plans that align with user characteristics, and effectively implement them;
- Establish long-term connections and maintain customer relationships with high-net-worth VIP users;
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in user operation, client service, business development, sales;
- Proficient in business development and negotiation, strong communication in verbal and written;
- Keen on MOBA game, especially Mobile Legends Bang Bang;
- Results-oriented, capacity to work under pressure;
- Excellent in coordination, empathy, and execution skills, creative, initiative-taking, and able to make quick decisions;
- English is a must, Chinese speaking is the bonus.
