User Operations HAGO Family Job Responsibilities:
- - Create attractive ecosystem in HAGO Family to influence HAGO users to be actively involved on it
- - Create interesting event from managing the budget, prepare the rules for the users to participate on it, and brief the users how to play on the event in order to gain more engagement from the users
- - You will also responsible to analyze current trends among HAGO users to gain an insight into their behavior of the users
- - Maintain good relationship with users and be very helpful with the users to solve the problem that might occur
- - Youre advocates for the user community and ready to research and effectively resolve all HAGO Family issue at hand
Qualifications:
- - Indonesian Nationality, native Indonesian speaker and fluent in English or Chinese is preferred
- - At least hold Bachelor degree
- - 1-3 years experiences in live streaming industry, internet company or digital agency
- - Candidate with live streaming experience is preferred
- - Creative thinking, as you will be responsible at managing online event for our community
- - Excellent team spirit, strong attention to detail, good at communication, positive commitment,
- proactive feedback, strong execution ability
