Operational Specialist

Job Description:

1. Mainly responsible for the analysis and integration of relevant operational data of overseas warehouses, form relevant data reports, and regularly optimize and update various report data according to business needs;

2. Complete the output and analysis of various types of operational data, and discover changes and problems in time;

3. Through the analysis of overseas warehouse operation data, it can connect with overseas warehouse logistics, business and sales teams, assist in solving difficult problems about overseas warehouses, and optimize the process;

4. Responsible for the overall operation of overseas warehouses: docking with 3PL warehouses, effectively supervising KPIs and achieving them, coordinating headquarters and local resources to effectively supervise the physical inventory inventory cycle and output inventory analysis reports; assist warehousing cost control, logistics costs, and connect with the logistics team to formulate logistics solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in economics or data analysis is preferred;

2. Strong data analysis ability, proficient in using excel and other data statistical analysis tools, proficient in excel functions and pivot table applications

3. Have certain information collection and analysis skills and good communication skills and comprehension, fluent in Chinese and English;

4. Those with relevant overseas warehouse operation experience are preferred.
