Minimum Bachelor Degree, any disciplines, but preferred in Finance/Economics, Law, Management
Risk Management Certification Level 2
Min 7 years as Operational Risk Management in Banking/Financial Industy/Insurance and/or
Solid experience as Auditor in Audit Company (preferably from Big 4 Audit Company)
Main Responsibilities:
Mastering Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM) Framework, Policy, Procedures and all relevant documents as per Group and Regulator
Driving an effective implementation of Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM) accross the Company
Acting as an Advisor (Subject Matters Expert) to Function Head, Department Head, Risk Coordinator and all relevant parties over Operational Risk events, new process/initiatives, process changes, and other relevant matters through active communication and collaboration with Group, all Functions, Departments, and Risk Coordinator
Developing, revamping, and maintaining a good quality and promoting utilization of Operational Risk Tools, i.e. Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA), Key Risk Indicator, and Loss Data Collection (LDC)
Have a good understanding about Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Delivering accurate, timely, and good quality of regular reports (both internal and external reports), as required by Group and Regulator.
