You will be the backbone of our risk control environment, owning the full lifecycle of operational risk from identification to reporting, in direct alignment with PADK 48/2025.
Job Details
Risk Assessment & Control
- Own and maintain the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across all business units, ensuring it reflects real operational exposures, not just a compliance checklist.

- Establish and manage the end-to-end incident tracking process from detection and escalation through root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
- Build and maintain an operational loss database; analyze incident trends to detect systemic weaknesses before they escalate.

Cross-Departmental Process Control
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Finance, and Lending teams to embed risk controls into core business processes, including payment settlement, borrower onboarding, and collections workflows.
