As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of La Favela Night Club. You will lead and manage a team, ensure exceptional service delivery, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of quality. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth club operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the club's operations, including staffing, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
- Monitor and analyze club performance, including sales, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Work very closely with the General Manager to coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to plan and execute events, ensuring they align with the club's brand and standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
