Modinity is a retail lifestyle company that curates several brands, including Buttonscarves, Buttonscarves Beauty, Benang Jarum, Nada Puspita, Zyta Delia, Calla The Label, and TYGA. Currently, we have over 100 stores throughout Indonesia and the principal of our Malaysian entity of Buttonscarves with a current count of 6 stores. We also have our own manufacturing, located in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.
Currently we are looking for Operational Excellence with the following qualifications :
Responsibilities :
- Developed automated dashboards and performance trackers to monitor and analyze operational data with greater accuracy and speed.
- Developed data pipelines to consolidate end-to-end factory and retail operational data into a centralized, accessible repository.
- Actively contributed to monthly and quarterly strategic planning meetings by presenting operational performance insights, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting decision-making processes.
- Coordinated and facilitated cross-functional improvement projects involving Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
- Conducted detailed process studies, time-motion analyses, and bottleneck identification on the production floor to uncover inefficiencies.
- Responsible for leading data-driven decision-making initiatives across all divisions, ensuring that operational strategies, improvement actions, and resource allocations were guided by accurate insights and performance analytics.
- Implemented digital tools such as automated dashboards, MES/ERP integrations, and real-time shop-floor data systems to enhance visibility and decision-making.
Requirements :
- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Math).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides/Presentation, and dashboard development (experience with any of the following: Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience with Big Query and Python.
- Proven ability to translate data analysis results into actionable insights for management.
- Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- A strong portfolio of analytics projects showcasing relevant skills and experience.
