Adecco Indonesia is representing a well-established multinational 3PL company operating across Indonesia. The company manages a broad portfolio of contract logistics and is now looking to strengthen its operational excellence capability through a dedicated Continuous Improvement & Project Manager.
About the Role
The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving measurable operational improvements across warehouse and transportation operations, while managing cross-functional improvement projects end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable analyzing data, facilitating workshops, and presenting business cases to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, transportation, and end-to-end logistics processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies
- Manage improvement and transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realization
- Identify and quantify cost optimization opportunities across labor, space, transport, and process efficiency
- Act as a trusted improvement partner to customers — facilitating workshops, performance reviews, and presenting proposals
- Define and track KPIs to measure improvement impact and ensure sustainability
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within a 3PL environment
- Proven track record of leading CI initiatives in warehouse and/or transport operations
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus
- Strong project management skills — PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
