Job Description
- Support operational process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain tools/programs to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Assist in data cleansing, validation, and management activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with users during implementation.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiar with Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, or VBA.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Colab, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn process improvement and automation.
