Operational Excellence & CI Manager

Operational Excellence & CI Manager is responsible as site's champion to drive for continuous improvement, responsible for driving factory-wide performance. This role involves implementing and optimizing the Filtrona Integrated Work Systems (IWS) framework to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence Implementation & Development

• Lead the execution of the Filtrona Operational Excellence framework across operations.

• Drive operational improvements in cost, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Align manufacturing processes with business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the implementation of reapplication management to maximize benefits.

Continuous Improvement & Lean Initiatives

• Identify and implement Lean, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma methodologies, and World-Class Manufacturing methodologies.
• Develop and implement CI strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. This involves creating a roadmap for process improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Identify the opportunity of reducing waste and resources optimization (people, machines, materials).
• Identify the opportunity of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement and reduce downtime.
• Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

Leadership & People Development

• Develop a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and coaching to all teams to enhance their capabilities.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and legal regulations.

Project Management

• Lead CI projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business administration, Process management or Operations; and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
• Lean experience required. Fully Served in TQM techniques
• Good English Skills
• Green Belt or Black Belt training preferred.
