Role Description

This role focuses on managing and improving backend operational standards and systems to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across outlets. The role is responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational guidelines, and workflow documentation for retail/outlet operations.

Key responsibilities include analyzing existing operational processes, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational standards are well-documented, aligned, and consistently applied. This role supports business growth by strengthening operational foundations rather than engaging directly in front-line sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Experience and proficiency in operations management and project management
  • Sales acumen and the ability to support business growth
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an operations or process improvement role is an advantage
