Operation Warehouse (Logistics):
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Transportation Management or related major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Based in Surabaya (domiciled in Surabaya)
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Have a minimum 1 year working experience with logistics/warehouse operations background is a preferred
- Strong knowledge and experienced in using basic Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel for business trips as required
Job Description/Responsbilities:
- Main responsible for preparing, checking, and revising warehousing and logistics documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including Mandarin communication
- Assisting relevant operational staff in completing necessary tasks;
- Preparing relevant statistical reports as required;
- Properly managing documents and filing them in accordance with regulations;
- Completing other daily tasks assigned by superiors.
