Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Management, Education, Human Resources, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, L&D, operations, or related fields
• Experience handling training for operational teams is preferred
• Comfortable working directly with on-ground / blue-collar employees
• Experience working at a training provider or training company is a plus
• Positive, proactive, and professional
• Strong communication, coordination, and people-handling skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiar with LMS or other learning platforms

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day training activities for the Rukita Operations on-ground team
• Work directly with on-ground teams to ensure training programs are well communicated and executed
• Support and/or facilitate training sessions when required
• Monitor training attendance, participation, and completion
• Maintain training records, reports, and other necessary documentation
• Support LMS updates and training data management
• Gather feedback from participants to improve training programs
• Ensure training activities are practical, engaging, and relevant to the needs of the Operations team
• Follow up on training-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them
