PT Wahana Pembayaran Digital (Paylabs) is looking for an Operations Support to join our team!

This role will be responsible for supporting merchants, monitoring payment transactions, and coordinating with internal teams and partners to ensure operational issues are resolved properly and on time.

Job Description

• Handle merchant (B2B) inquiries and complaints related to payment transactions.
• Monitor and check Payin/Payout transactions, settlement, dispute, and chargeback.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners and IT teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Prepare and send settlement reports and communicate updates to merchants.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in Operations Support, Merchant Support, or Customer Service (Operations).
• Preferably from Payment Gateway, Fintech, PJP, Digital Bank, or E-wallet industry.
• Familiar with payment/transaction flow, especially Payin/Payout, settlement, dispute, or chargeback.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods such as Eid al-Fitr.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
