Job Responsibilities

1. Manage customer-related processes, including responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. Analyze and interpret operational data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and actionable insights.

3. Prepare, organize, and deliver clear, insightful reports based on data analysis.

4. Support ongoing projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

Job Requirements

1. Prefer final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Data Analytics, STEM, or other quantitative-related fields; must be available for an internship of at least 6 months and graduate in 2026 or later.

2. Fluent in Bahasa and Mandarin.

3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts).

4. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
