Jadestone Energy is an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region.
In June 2020, Jadestone executed an agreement to acquire an operatorship license in the Lemang Production Sharing Contract (PSC), onshore Indonesia, and completed the acquisition in December 2020. The company operates 100% interest in the Lemang PSC, which includes the Akatara gas field development, where first production has been started since first half of 2024. Outside of Indonesia, the company has a 100%, operated working interest in the Stag oilfield and in the Montara project, both offshore Australia. Both the Stag and Montara assets include oil producing fields, with further development and exploration potential. The Company also has a 16.67% non-operated interest in the Northwest Shelf Oil Project offshore Western Australia, comprising four oil fields containing significant upside potential through potential infill drilling and life extension activities.
Further, the Company has a 100% operated working interest in two gas development blocks in Southwest Vietnam and 70% operated interest in the PM329 PSC, containing the East Piatu field, and a 60% operated interest in the PM323 PSC, which contains the East Belumut, West Belumut and Chermingat fields. In addition, Jadestone also acquired a 50% non-operated working interest in the PM318 and AAKBNLP PSCs, which were operated by PETRONAS Carigali. Most recently, the Company acquired a non-operated 9.52% interest in the Sinphuhorm producing gas field onshore Thailand.

Operation Supervisor (1 Position)
Reporting to the Field Manager, this successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operation of all equipment at the facility, including pipelines, compressors, and other related equipment. The Operation Supervisor will oversee a team of operators and ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to production team leader and a team of operators.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain production levels and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems and equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- Manage inventory of Production tools, consumables and spare parts.
- Assist in the training and development of operators.
- Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations and maintenance of gas facilities and LPG Plant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and be on call as required.
- Physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
- Valid SIM A if driving operational Car.
