Manage and monitor the departure timeline of students/candidates to Japan, starting from the selection process until departure.
Maintain intensive communication with Japanese companies, supervising organizations, and related partners through both verbal communication and formal email correspondence.
Coordinate the preparation and completeness of departure documents, including contracts, visas, Certificates of Eligibility (COE), and other administrative requirements.
Collaborate internally with the training team, management, and other relevant parties to ensure candidates readiness prior to departure.
Handle follow-up requests from Japanese partners regarding candidate data, documentation, or other clarifications.
Ensure that all processes are carried out in accordance with the established timeline and administrative standards set by Japanese partners and relevant authorities.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation archives as well as operational reports related to the candidate placement process in Japan.
Job Requirements
Minimum Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university.
Prior work experience in a company or organization with Japanese business relations is preferred.
Comfortable working within a corporate environment.
Good understanding of Japanese work culture and business etiquette.
Experienced in handling administrative documentation.
Strong ability to manage work schedules and timelines effectively.
Proficient in using Japanese for business communication, both verbally and through formal email correspondence.
Possess strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in operational tasks.
