Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Section Head, located in Greater Jakarta. The Operation Section Head will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance with regulations, and adherence to organizational policies. Responsibilities include managing operational teams include teller, and analyzing operational data to drive process improvements. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking operations minimum 5 years.
• Strong expertise in Banking Operations Management and Analytical Skills.
• Proficiency in Team Management and excellent Communication abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage team members effectively.
• Attention to detail and aptitude for identifying process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
