Operation Project Specialist (Junior)

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for an Operation Project Specialist (Junior) who will be responsible for the following:

• Execute the complete SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) for projects within Centralized Operation, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Matrices, and other essential project documentation for Centralized Operation initiatives.
• Conduct thorough socialization and training sessions for end-users prior to project implementation to ensure smooth adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and assistance to users, addressing any issues and ensuring the project's intended benefits are realized.

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Analysis, or IT Consulting.
• Proven ability to run projects with high operational impact.
• Possess strong analytical, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) qualification
