Operation - Payment Team Member (Mandarin & English Speaker) Shifting

Role Description

This is a full-time Work From Home role at Tradewill Global LLC , with flexibility for remote work. As a Human Resources Business Partner - Operation Payment Team Member (Mandarin & English Speaker) Night Shift, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to supporting the payment team operations. These tasks include processing payments, managing payment systems, resolving payment issues, and providing support to internal stakeholders. This role requires fluency in both Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (active & passive)
• Experience in Finance/accounting or related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work night shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using payment systems and tools
• Proficient user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work under shift schedule including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to learn new things

Responsibilities:

- Supervise the day-to-day operational/ payment functions of the branch

- Resolve customer payment issue

- Communicate with our branch payment partnership

- Review daily report

- Maintain high and increased customer satisfaction

- Achieve Quarterly goals
