About the Role

The Operations Manager leads overall plant operations to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing performance in line with business objectives. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role oversees manufacturing, quality, logistics, CI, maintenance, and EHS, driving KPI achievement, cost efficiency, and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to lead departments in achieving KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of service and operations are efficiently and successfully delivered by top management
  • To monitor and analyse performance and take an immediate action plan for improvement.
  • To oversee that all documented procedures and instructions are followed by sectional staff.
  • Responsible for operations quality product at each process at optimum cost in all Manufacturing process.
  • Responsible in leading the departments installation, maintenance & repair and logistic providing guidance in strategic and operational functions.
  • Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of managers with operational responsibilities to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Responsible manage day to day operations (including data and information security) and ensuring that services is met and results delivered.
  • Responsible to develop planning tools budgeting, resource planning, delivery and installation schedules to ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled.
  • Responsible for work safety measures & risk assessment for various departments.
  • Responsible to evaluate installation, maintenance and repair process to ensure conformance to market requirements, government and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring environment policies and objectives are defined and aligned with the context and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Ensuring the integration of environmental management system, quality, health & safety requirement into the organization business processes.
  • Ensuring policies ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 and objectives are defined and aligned with the context and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Leadership & commitment relate health & safety, quality and environment with directly involve in management system implementation.
  • Ensure the necessary resources for the environmental, quality and health & safety management system are available.
  • Support safety patrol at plant.
  • Support of resources and budget at ISO14001 & ISO45001 program and participating active to give recommendation/idea/suggest related of EHS.
  • Work closely with EHS department related of sustainability & OHS implementation at plant and give recommendation/suggest/idea for continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
  • Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 45001.
  • Good in decision making, result oriented and committed.
