Job Description

About the Role

Responsible for planning marketing management strategies (Store Operations) in accordance with business directives in managing activities in the areas under his/her responsibility so that they run according to predetermined standards and ensure optimal human resource quality in order to support the achievement of sales and profitability targets in line with company objectives.

Responsibility :

  • Translate regional achievement targets into individual store indicators based on marketing capacity, operational conditions, and market characteristics in the region to ensure regional contribution is achieved in line with established targets.
  • Develop market penetration strategies (including expansion) in accordance with the characteristics and potential of the region under their responsibility to increase the company's market share across all operational areas.
  • Build customer engagement with the company's brand, services, and products in their respective regions to generate long-term profitability.
  • Ensure all company initiatives/policies are implemented and implemented across all operational areas under their responsibility to enhance the effectiveness of initiatives/policies established by relevant management.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance targets in their respective regions, both offline and online, and regularly coordinate with all Area Leaders to optimally increase sales volume.
  • Develop operational budget strategies and cost reductions (TLA, Manpower, Shrinkage, and other costs) to align with established budgets to ensure store profitability.
  • Provide recommendations for strategic and potential locations for new store openings to support sustainable business growth. Conducting continuous evaluation and development of both the performance and competency/skills of the team for which he/she is responsible so that maximum work productivity is achieved.

Requirement :

  • S1, All major.
  • Minimum 3 years working as an Operation Manager, preferably retail business.
  • Skill & Knowledge : Store Marketing Program, Store Space Management, Sales Management, Relationship Management, Customer Relation Management, Market Territory/Store Accessability, Marketplace Understanding, Store Inventory Management.
  • Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West Jakarta.
