Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations
Increase customer satisfaction level, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Be responsible for customer service, building, and equipment management
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to deliver optimal services
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste
Commit to CHSE (Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability) and Sapta Pesona Implementation
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on investment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree in economics or business management study
Proven work experience as an operation manager, at least 6 years experience in managerial level
Great English communication and capability
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
Familiarity with hospitality standard equipment and technical expertise
Preferably have exposure in conservation, theme park, and edutainment.
Candidates with conservation and theme park experience will be an advantage
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
