Operation Lead - For Shipment & Webstore Product
Job Description
- Design and optimize workflows across order processing, issue handling, and the shipment/webstore customer journey.
- Oversee end-to-end shipment and webstore operations, ensuring SLA fulfillment and a smooth customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement to make operations faster, leaner, and scalable.
- Build, refine, and maintain SOPs, KPIs, ideal workflow, and reporting systems to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Conduct regular (weekly/monthly) performance reviews and lead initiatives to address gaps.
- Act as the operational bridge between commercial, product, customer care, and shipment/webstore teams.
- Lead and develop the ops team with the right structure, tools, and training.
- Identify resource or hiring needs in line with operational growth.
- Collect feedback (from support, clients, or onboarding) into actionable insights for product and tech teams.
Requirements
Requirements
- Min 34 years in an operations lead/manager or equivalent role.
- Background in SaaS, web-builder, or e-commerce environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with shipment/fulfillment (internal or 3PL) and webstore platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) with basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Proven ability to build and simplify SOPs, KPIs, and workflows from scratch.
- Experience leading teams or cross-functional operations initiatives.
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills (e.g., Excel, dashboards, Notion, flowcharts).
- Project management mindset able to plan, execute, and follow through.
- Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating across functions and levels.
- High ownership and bias toward action in dynamic environments.
- Experience in scaling teams or operations is a strong plus
