Role Description
1. Assist in the execution of sales operations SOPs
• Follow up on the sales team's daily SOP implementation.
• Random checks on sales scripts and customer follow-up records
• Assist in compiling market prices and competitor information
2. Assisting major clients in implementing maintenance actions
• Follow up on prize distribution, customer follow-up, and offline meetings to maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to complete the execution as planned.
• Organize customer maintenance records
3. Assist with daily translation and communication
• Supports daily communication translation between Chinese and Indonesian.
• Assisting with meeting and simple document translation
• Help sales operations managers communicate smoothly with local teams
Job Requirements
• Indonesian locals
• Daily communication can be conducted in Chinese
• Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Meticulous, strong execution skills, and good at following up.
