Role Description The Operation and Productivity Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang. This role oversees daily operational activities, ensuring efficient production, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to quality standards across the bedding product lines. The Manager monitors productivity metrics, identifies process bottlenecks, and implements improvements to optimize workflows, costs, and resource utilization. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning operations with sales forecasts, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain. The role also involves preparing operational reports, supporting internal communication, and contributing to the development of best practices that enhance customer satisfaction and organizational performance.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret operational data, monitor productivity indicators, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management, preferably within consumer goods or hospitality-related products, is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP systems), attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Tangerang are required.
Management Representative for ISO coordination, preparation and certification in the fileds of Quality, Environtmental, Social and Labor compliances, and GHG and carbon emssions compliances.
