Role Description

The Operation & Sales Area Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Yogyakarta. This position involves overseeing the daily operations and sales performance in designated areas. Responsibilities include managing teams in the Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang area, monitoring sales targets, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective sales execution.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management and Project Management to supervise daily activities effectively and execute strategic plans.
• Proven experience in Sales and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Sound Analytical Skills for performance reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities to motivate teams and address challenges proactively.
• Minimum high school or vocational school (SMA/SMK) graduate from any major.
• Familiarity with the coffee shop or food and beverage (F&B) industry is required.
