Min. 1 year of experience in site supervision for event production, thematic decoration, exhibition, fit-out, or related projects.
Familiar with decoration installation, event electrical systems, and on-site construction practices.
Experience in sound system setup and event technical operations is an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to supervise vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
Willing to work in shifts and perform on-site supervision, including during event setup, dismantling, and loading activities.
Willing to be placed at K Mall (Central Jakarta) & Hublife (West Jakarta).
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the loading, installation, and dismantling of thematic decorations, event setups, and exhibition works to ensure safe, timely, and efficient project execution.
Monitor project timelines and work progress to ensure all installation activities are completed according to the approved schedule and project requirements.
Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and event crews while ensuring quality standards, installation procedures, and safety requirements are consistently maintained.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues, manage project risks, and ensure smooth event execution.
Conduct site inspections, prepare project documentation, and monitor event assets and inventory to ensure proper control and accountability throughout project activities.
