About the Role
Join our dynamic team in Bali! We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented OTA - Customer Service to handle international customer relations (B2B and B2C). In this role, you will interact with global clients via email and other digital channels, ensuring seamless booking experiences and maintaining top-tier service quality in the airline and travel sector.
Job Description (What you will do):
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via email, assisting with reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related requests.
- Serve as the core point of contact for both corporate partners (B2B) and individual travelers (B2C) within an international workflow setup.
- Maintain exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction, resolution speed, and overall service quality.
- Strictly follow established company guidelines, data security compliance, and performance standards (KPIs).
- Work closely with team members and management to support continuous process improvements and share best practices.
Job Requirement (What we are looking for):
- Proven experience in Online Travel Agencies (OTA) or the Airline Industry.
- Prior experience working in a Call Center environment is a major plus.
- Bachelor Graduates (any major) OR High School graduates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant travel/ticketing experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional written English proficiency (email handling) and swift computer navigation skills.
- Fully comfortable working in a fast-paced international setup and willing to work on shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays).
- Must be able and willing to work onsite in Bali.
- Ready to join immediately (August 18, 2026) or within a short notice period.
